Refund policy

We are a small family run business and can't offer returns at this time. You do have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. 

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label for an exchange, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. All items can be exchanged only, we do not issue refunds or returns at this time.  Shipping on all exchanges will be your responsibility.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-exchangeable items
We do not accept exchanges on friendship bracelets or friendship bracelet packs. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Exchanges
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your exchange. We will then exchange your item for the item you requested.
